Rob Aigner
After a successful 10 year career in advertising culminated by becoming the West Coast Advertising Director for Rolling Stone magazine, Rob Aigner shifted professional gears to enter the Real Estate industry as a loan officer. When he discovered Keller Williams Realty in 2002, he knew the fit was right.  In his first year he was awarded “International Rookie of the Year” out of 30,000 agents. Rob moved on to join the market center’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC), and then stepped up as Team Leader to launch the L.A. Westside market center in 2005. During his tenure there, L.A. Westside was in the top 10 percent of Keller Williams Realty’s launch market centers. Three years later he took advantage of an opportunity to become the Team Leader of the Beverly Hills market center, and his ownership and influence continue to expand. Under his leadership the Beverly Hills Market Center continues to succeed. In 2010 Keller Williams awarded Rob the Team Leader Hall of Fame award and the Beverly Hills market center ranked #6 company-wide for YTD Profit and Profit Sharing. He’s now the operating principal for the Santa Barbara market center and is Area Director for the California- L.A.Coastal, the California-Central and Southern, and the California-Westside L.A. Regions. In addition he practices what he preaches by investing in residential and commercial real estate throughout southern California and continues to strive for financial freedom.  Rob resides in Culver City with his wife Sharon and two sons, Jake (7), and Micah (3).

Paul Morris – Operating Team
Regional Director of Greater Los Angeles and Central/Southern California Regions of Keller Williams Realty is also the Managing Owner of the Beverly Hills office of Keller Williams Realty in Los Angeles, California. Paul also has ownership stakes in several other Keller Williams offices in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and up the Central Coast of California. Paul is part of the International Master Faculty , teaching the core management courses – Recruit/Select, Action Focused Training, and Leadership and Motivation and others . In his role as Regional Director he counsels 3 2 offices operating in his Region, with more than 5,000 realtors, as well as developing new franchise leads. Paul has years of experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, business, and legal counseling.

Paul is a successful real estate investor and is quoted several times in Gary Keller’s best-selling “Millionaire Real Estate Investor” book. He is the Co- Chairman and founding partner of Forward Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development company with more than 700 apartment units and 150,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Paul has created some of the most successful mortgage joint ventures in Keller Williams; and currently owns several escrow joint ventures.  His success has garnered numerous awards including Top Performing Regions and the Company’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Prior to working full-time with Keller Williams, Paul had a vibrant law practice advising traditional real estate, manufacturing, and service companies as well as Internet, new media, and entertainment companies in a wide range of transactional and litigation legal matters. Paul began his law career as a judicial clerk to the late Hon Roger B. Andewelt of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. From there he went to the Washington, D.C. office of Proskauer Rose where he specialized in complex litigation and transactional law. Paul then worked as Senior Counsel at the United States Department of Justice where he managed the Department’s group of lawyers who evaluate federal judicial candidates. Paul regularly reported to Attorney General Reno and Counsel to the President, Charles Ruff.

Paul is a magna cum laude graduate in economics from the University of Pittsburgh, has a Masters in Management from Oxford University, and a JD from Cornell Law School in 1994.

David J. Bailey
David Bailey began selling high end residential real estate over 25 years ago with clients that include entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives, and celebrities including a few Oscar winners.

In 2002, David cofounded Keller Williams Realty Beverly Hills which to date, employs over 175 high end Realtors, with sales approaching 1 billion dollars. Within Keller Williams Beverly Hills, David leads his own residential sales team, Bailey Group LA, offering personalized full service to their clients in the Los Angeles area.

Born and raised in the Bay area, David’s interest in real estate began at a young age. Following in his fathers footsteps, a real estate developer, David would accompany his father to numerous developments throughout Northern California and Hawaii. “I was always excited to watch the process from inception to fruition.” At 11 years old, David was certain his future would lie in real estate. While other friend his age were getting excited about comic books, David eagerly plowed through the newspaper straight to the Real Estate section.

While attending college at Pepperdine, David began working with several influential mentors, who would provide him the knowledge to build a business model of his own, becoming a successful developer and owner of multi million dollar real estate investments.

David’s love for real estate would lead him to begin remodeling and restoring residential properties with a particular passion for the restoration of historically important and period correct architecture.

Not only passionate about real estate, David is devoted to giving back to the community and sits on several philanthropic boards in the Los Angeles area, in addition to serving as Treasurer and executive board member of LA Gay & Lesbian Center, the largest LGBT community service organization in the world.

Widely known in the real estate community for his vast knowledge and experience in so many facets of real estate, and a true finger on the pulse of what is happening in the marketplace, David lends a unique level of expertise that is unsurpassed in the industry.
